Return Policy

Customers have 6 days hassle-free return on purchases, and the following terms and conditions apply:

  • 6 days after purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange the units.
  • After 6 days of purchase, faulty units will be considered as a service after sales terms, and we will generate a service warranty tag for the same units.
  • Replacement or exchange will only be applicable by the vendor policy.
  • Shipping charges of 50.00AED are applicable on any return units per shipment.
  • If the customer paid via the payment gateway (online), a charge of 2.5% on the total order is applicable.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exempted Products:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as Software and Video Games.
  • Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional Non-returnable Items:

These items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Customized products as per the customer orders
  • Toner and cartridges
  • Apple products if the units are registered
  • Microsoft Surface products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Licensed products
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (T&C Applies)

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If your refund is being delayed more than 7-14 days, please contact your bank first to check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged Items on Delivery:

PC Pro reserves the right to refuse a return/refund/exchange request. Please make your claims for "damaged items on delivery" or missing items within 12 hours of receipt of merchandise. If you decide to return your purchase, you can do so within 6 days after your purchase.

The following conditions apply:

  • To return an item, please call our Customer Care Centre at +971 55 580 6963 or send us an email at sales@pcpro.ae.
  • All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition as received. If the box has been opened, we cannot return the item.
  • Include the invoice with the return. If the goods are defective, please specify the defect on a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product's factory packing (carton) or product itself.
  • Goods must be returned to our physical address (Digital Star Computer LL, Dubai, United Arab Emirates). Delivery charges for returning an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued only through the Original Mode of Payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over AED 2000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
